Sandra Patel-Stewart Director
Transition Partners is headed up by Sandra Patel-Stewart, a knowledgeable and respected recruiter who has been a driving force in the technology and business transformation sector for over 15 years.
Sandra is well-known for her ability to get to grips with a situation quickly and rapidly immerse herself in any project she’s working on. Plain-talking and with an open, honest approach, she builds long-term relationships with clients and candidates and considers many of them friends. She’s known for her determination and creativity and also for her utter belief that with commitment and hard work, anything is possible.
Sandra launched Transition Partners in 2011 with the desire to bring a higher level of service to technology recruitment, and to provide expert advice on how to employ and retain staff. She is qualified with a degree in Business Information Technology from the University of Manchester. Her training gives her a unique insight into what drives and motivates top-performing talent.

Emma Hanson Technology Consultant
For over a decade, Emma has been the go-to girl for recruiting talent, focusing on Software Development, Project/Programme Management, Project Analyst and PMO roles. She has an unrelenting passion for wanting to place the best people into the right roles, seeing recruiting as the most important strategy an organisation can focus on.

Greta joined the team at Transition Partners in June 2017 after several years of experience within the Hospitality Industry. After completion of her BA in History at University of York, Greta takes great pride in her critical reasoning and analytical skills to deliver exceptional results.

Dan Lee Recruitment Consultant
Dan joined the team at Transition Partners in 2016 after spending 5 years in a successful career in Sport and Exercise in Australia and New Zealand. Dan has a wealth of experience in the customer service industry, he prides himself on building positive relationships and providing excellent service to candidates and clients alike.

Lewis joined the team at Transition Partners in September 2017 after spending 3 years in a prosperous career in hospitality management in Australia. Lewis has vast experience within the customer service industry, he prides himself clients on creating a positive customer journey and on providing excellent advice to both candidate and clients.

Rheanne Smith Consultant
Rheanne joined Transition Partners at the back end of last year following 2 years within the recruitment industry. She has spent the last 18 months specialising in IT Recruitment within Yorkshire, building a solid network of contacts with both candidates and clients.
Rheanne is a very friendly, approachable character making her a great Recruitment Consultant. She takes great pride in her excellent networking ability and effective communication skills ensuring she builds and maintains long lasting, professional relationships.

Matt Bailey Recruitment Consultant
Matt joined Transition Partners in January 2018 after a relocation to Leeds, West Yorkshire. A self-proclaimed nerd at heart, specialising in Web & Software Development, Matt actually started out as a Junior Programmer and attained qualifications at College and University to begin his career in that field.
Born with a natural flair for relationship building and working with people, Matt quickly migrated towards more of a technical sales role and after a successful couple of years decided to delve into the world of recruitment. Now an extremely dedicated consultant, with solid technical knowledge and a wealth of experience building new business relationships and placing the right candidates with the right employers, Matt strives to deliver a first class service to all of his candidates and clients.
