Sandra Patel-Stewart Director

Transition Partners is headed up by Sandra Patel-Stewart, a knowledgeable and respected recruiter who has been a driving force in the technology and business transformation sector for over 15 years.

Sandra is well-known for her ability to get to grips with a situation quickly and rapidly immerse herself in any project she’s working on. Plain-talking and with an open, honest approach, she builds long-term relationships with clients and candidates and considers many of them friends. She’s known for her determination and creativity and also for her utter belief that with commitment and hard work, anything is possible.

Sandra launched Transition Partners in 2011 with the desire to bring a higher level of service to technology recruitment, and to provide expert advice on how to employ and retain staff. She is qualified with a degree in Business Information Technology from the University of Manchester. Her training gives her a unique insight into what drives and motivates top-performing talent.

Nicola Thomas Head of Consulting

Nicola joined Transition Partners in 2018. Nicola specialises in consulting businesses their graduates and apprenticeships. She uses her knowledge to provide Graduates and Apprentices to clients and supports their early talent strategies.

Her role combines her knowledge of HR with her enthusiasm to support organisations in building their talent capabilities. She is qualified with a degree in Human Resource Management, a Post-graduate Diploma in Employment Relations and a Master’s of Science in Business Psychology from the University of Leeds. Her formal training, work based qualifications in ability and psychometric tests, and extensive experience add a unique insight to what drives peak performance within an organisation.

Nicola has extensive experience in talent management and HR consulting across a range of sectors in the UK, EMEA and Australasia. Her consulting skills have been honed through partnering with organisations to develop their apprenticeship, undergraduate and graduate schemes. She has successfully implemented a range of resourcing, talent management and development strategies on behalf of clients.

Rose Blackburn Recruitment Consultant

Rose joined the team in January 2017 following completion of her degree in Criminology at Leeds Beckett University, graduating with a 2:1. She has several years of experience within the Customer Service industry and is looking to develop and expand on her existing skills whilst also gaining experience within a driven, fast paced environment.

Rose specialises in placing both contract and permanent positions across IT, Change & Transformation with a specialist area of Software Testing across the UK.

Matt joined Transition Partners in January 2018 after a relocation to Leeds, West Yorkshire. Born with a natural flair for relationship building and working with people, Matt quickly migrated towards more of a technical sales role and after a successful couple of years decided to delve into the world of recruitment. Now an extremely dedicated consultant, with solid technical knowledge and a wealth of experience building new business relationships and placing the right candidates with the right employers, Matt strives to deliver a first class service to all of his candidates and clients.

Lewis Ellliott Recruitment Resourcer

Lewis joined the team at Transition Partners in September 2017 after spending 3 years in a prosperous career in hospitality management in Australia. Jess joined Transition Partners in February 2018 with several years’ experience in Retail. Leanne Rainford Recruitment Administrator

Leanne joined the team in 2018 and has several years of experience within the Customer Service industry. Working previously in Events, Sales and Administration, she is used to working under pressure in a fast paced driven environment. Leanne is keen to develop and expand on her existing skills whilst building a successful career within the Recruitment Industry gaining a new knowledge within the Recruitment world.

Leanne specialises in recruiting roles within Digital, Tech and Business Transformation Roles UK Wide both contract and permanent.

Molly Hinsley Recruitment Resourcer

Molly joined Transition Partners in 2018 having previous experience in the fast-paced world of the Recruitment industry. She is a recent Graduate of Leeds Beckett university having acquired a degree in Business and is originally from the North East – and very proud of it! Her focus has been placing Graduates across all industries; however she is now keen to work with Tech Grads, Projects Managers and Business Analysts.
