Sandra Patel-Stewart Director
Transition Partners is headed up by Sandra Patel-Stewart, a knowledgeable and respected recruiter who has been a driving force in the technology and business transformation sector for over 15 years.
Sandra is well-known for her ability to get to grips with a situation quickly and rapidly immerse herself in any project she’s working on. Plain-talking and with an open, honest approach, she builds long-term relationships with clients and candidates and considers many of them friends. She’s known for her determination and creativity and also for her utter belief that with commitment and hard work, anything is possible.
Sandra launched Transition Partners in 2011 with the desire to bring a higher level of service to technology recruitment, and to provide expert advice on how to employ and retain staff. She is qualified with a degree in Business Information Technology from the University of Manchester. Her training gives her a unique insight into what drives and motivates top-performing talent.

Emma Hanson Technology Consultant
For over a decade, Emma has been the go-to girl for recruiting talent, focusing on Software Development, Project/Programme Management, Project Analyst and PMO roles. Rose joined the team in January 2017 following completion of her degree in Criminology at Leeds Beckett University, graduating with a 2:1. She has several years of experience within the Customer Service industry and is looking to develop and expand on her existing skills whilst also gaining experience within a driven, fast paced environment.
Rose specialises in placing both contract and permanent positions across IT, Change & Transformation with a specialist area of Software Testing across the UK.

Jonny joined the team at Transition partners in February 2017 after completion of his MChem Chemistry Master’s degree. Jonny uses his analytical background to source the best talent and provides his clients with the top candidates. After holding numerous executive positions within sports clubs and the athletic Union at University, Jonny prides himself on his ability to build strong, open and honest relationships.
Jonny specialises in recruiting roles within Java Development, he is currently expanding his knowledge of the market and uses his determination to provide results. He is a motivated, proactive recruiter using a head hunt and networking approach as opposed to online advertising. Greta Matulionyte Recruitment Resourcer
Greta joined the team at Transition Partners in June 2017 after several years of experience within the Hospitality Industry. Greta uses her excellent customer service skills and forward-thinking approach to source the best candidates in the market, she excels in build lasting relationships with the clients. After completion of her BA in History at University of York, Greta takes great pride in her critical reasoning and analytical skills to deliver exceptional results.
Greta specialises in recruiting roles within Front End Development, Software Engineering and Information Security Vacancies. She is an enthusiastic and approachable recruiter, who is always prepared to have an open conversation in order to establish relationships with both clients and candidates.
