Transition Partners held our 2nd ArchiTech Forum at The Brewery Tap in Leeds yesterday. Organised by Dan Lee & Elly Greaney, they organised a relaxed, friendly and welcoming environment offering some of Yorkshire’s best Architects the opportunity to share ideas, knowledge and advice.
Transition Partners welcomed guest from all different organisations including EE, BJSS, YBS, CSC, Capita & more.
We were fortunate enough to have Ian Holloway, Senior Digital Architecture Manager from EE to chair our event, he lead an engaging discussion around “What is Digital” a common Buzzword within the industry, and most of the discussion was around is it just a buzzword. This opened up a can of worms and we had input from a cross section of industries from Consultancy, Healthcare, Finance and Government. It was interesting to find out everyone’s digital strategies and the difference between each sector.
The overall evening was great fun, it was an opportunity for Architects to meet within a relaxed, informal setting after work and show real passion and enthusiasm for there industry.
