You might be asking yourself, how do we build a flexible culture? Over the past several months, we have been working hard to create a flexible business model that suits our employees; whilst still fulfilling the need of business requirements.
Today “business as usual” looks a little unusual. For the first time, our consultants will have the opportunity to work with their managers to determine a schedule that makes the most sense for their position and responsibilities.
But why have we decided to introduce this to our business? As the transition to a more hybrid workplace commences, we want to share why we have decided to make this executive decision…
Boosting Productivity…
We have always allowed our consultants to work autonomously, fostering a more entrepreneurial mindset and managing their desks. So why not give them the freedom to manage their own hours too? We are embracing our new-age technology to boost our employees’ productivity and efficiency by investing in tools that allow them to monitor their activity and workload. When employees are not bound by rigid work hours, their stress level will eventually get reduced, strengthening their loyalty. So, by fostering flexible work, you can analyse a profound increase in productivity.
We foster a culture of trust….
Flexible work demands trust. Not only from employee to employer but vice versa. While this might seem insignificant, it isn’t.
We believe in our consultant’s ability and have built a transparent relationship with them. We want our employees to feel passionate about the work they do whilst being able to make forward-thinking decisions.
It makes our teams more inclusive…
As diversity and inclusion advocates, we welcome anyone to our team regardless of experience, educational background, ethnicity, disability etc. Our new flexible working model will allow us to engage with unique talent who may have yet to consider a role in recruitment due to its reputation as a heavily micro-managed industry with long working hours that don’t suit their other responsibilities.
We care about our employee’s well-being…
Employee well-being is our foremost priority for us. Flexible working hours can help them manage their personal and professional life, reducing stress, dissatisfaction, and burnout. We respect our employees and want them to feel empowered to manage their own time and workload to create a more enjoyable workplace.
If you like the sound of our new flexible, hybrid model and are looking for a new opportunity in recruitment, get in touch with myself, Bethany Leech! We are experiencing exceptional growth and would love to welcome individuals to our supportive teams.
