Transition Partners proudly announce that Max Nowicki has been immediately promoted to Head of Delivery.
Max has been promoted to the newly created role, following a 5-year successful career with the consultancy firm. After being promoted previously to Principal Client Service Partner a few months ago, Max has shown dedication and strong leadership attributes after building a career and successful reputation of developing delivery teams and leading them to success.
“To be stepping up to Head of Delivery is a massive personal achievement, among plenty of great moments I have had with the business so far that I have been lucky enough to be involved. The delivery team has so much potential to grow. As an integral part of the business, I look forward to implementing a strategic plan to further major expansion across the UK and Germany.” said Max.
After great success in training, developing and leading the German Delivery team, which includes three delivery consultants, Chloe, Tom and Dante, this was the next step in Max’s career.
As Head of Delivery, Max will oversee the UK and German delivery teams, providing an elevated quality level and candidate satisfaction. Coaching, managing and leading, Max will drive all aspects of the Delivery Function, providing dedicated support and resource to ensure customer service excellence is always maintained, championing change, and ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency.

His dedication, enthusiasm and calm manner have seen him rise through the ranks within the company. Max has incredible interpersonal skills and the ability to solve problems. She also added, “It’s been incredible to watch Max’s journey from a trainee consultant to leadership; he is a role model to many in the business and myself, and the SLT are very proud of him.”
