Transition Partners expands their service offering with a developed tech Contracts function!

Transition Partners has added to its UK team further as part of its growth strategy for 2023.

Transition Partners has expanded in the UK team by establishing a new contracts function to build on their current service offering.

Over the past Transition, Partners welcomed Senior Contracts Recruitment consultant James Caldwell and Contracts Recruitment Executive Robbie Launders to the team!

Interim Managing Director Jermaine Benjamin commented, “I’m delighted to welcome James and Robbie to the TP team to improve our customer service by providing a comprehensive contract service offering. Given our significant successes over the past year, we must continue to strengthen and invest in our talent. Transition Partners has been offering IT permanent and contract recruitment for over 11 years to its clients and candidates. Still, after successful growth within the contracts market, they wanted to have a team dedicated to delivering to fulfil the demand.

James and Robbie both have a background in tech recruitment with solid experience within the tech contracts recruitment market, both coming from established competitors. With a sole focus on DevOps, Cloud and Front-end Development market, they aim to grow relationships with existing and future clients who have on-site and off-site contract teams within their divisions.
