Tom Gillespie, who came with no experience, joined Transition Partners in 2021 as a trainee consultant and part of our first-ever academy has been promoted to Senior Consultant, a double promotion, after performing consistently.
Tom, who was awarded the ‘rising star’ at the recent end-of-year party, has gone from strength to strength since joining the agency. He has accelerated in his role, becoming an expert in his field and delivering on a high volume of some of our most significant key German accounts.
Line manager and Head of Delivery Max Nowicki commented, “I am happy and proud to congratulate Tom on his well-earned promotion. The promotion reflects Tom’s consistency, hard work and dedication; he is a great asset to the team. Tom’s work ethic is admirable, and I look forward to seeing him tackle new challenges in the years to come at Transition Partners and evolving his new role.”
Tom, who was thrilled to be recognised, said, “I am happy and excited to take the next step in my career. I plan to continue identifying high-calibre candidates, finding them, delivering opportunities and looking forward to seeing what the future brings”.
The promotion, which we call a ‘double whammy’, comes as part of our ‘Growing our own’ campaign, which focuses on internal talent and getting them to the next level in their careers. We are very proud of Tom, he is a role model to many, and we look forward to seeing him flourish.
