As part of our ongoing commitment to advancing the careers of all our people through our internal ‘Growing our own’ campaign, we’re delighted to acknowledge Ben Stone, who was promoted from Delivery Executive to Senior Delivery Consultant in a double promotion.
Beginning his TP journey just under a year ago, with no previous recruitment experience, through his demonstration of TP’s values and consistent delivery of exceptional candidate service, Ben has provided unique value to the agency and our candidates.
Commenting on the promotion, line manager and Head of Delivery Max Nowicki said, “Ben is an exceptionally talented individual who takes real pride in his work. As an experienced Delivery Consultant, Ben’s new responsibility will see him leverage his skills to proactively find star passive candidates to suit client requirements and needs. Collaborating more frequently with the sales team, Ben will be essential to identifying gaps and trends within the market and finding creative and innovative new ways to attract high-calibre talent. Whilst also coaching, mentoring and acting as a role model to his fellow delivery colleagues.
