As part of our commitment to advancing the careers of all our people in our very own ‘Growing our own’ internal campaign, we’re very pleased to acknowledge the achievements of Sarah James-O’Connell, who was promoted to Managing Consultant this week and will continue to oversee the work in the DACH region.
Throughout her nearly five years in the business, Sarah has significantly contributed to her professional field. Sarah provides unique value to the agency and our clients through her leadership, demonstration of Transition Partners values and consistent delivery of exceptional client service. She is considered a role model to many within the organisation.
Sarah joined Transition Partners in 2018 with no recruitment experience but a lot of determination; she has built up knowledge and experience within the start-up and scale-up industry, creating a vast network within the berlin tech hub and developing long-lasting relationships with many of our German based clients. Sarah has also been integral to our success within the German market and has hosted many insightful events within Berlin city. She has also been crowned top biller for 3 executive years, completing milestones in her targets and always exceeding expectations.

As Managing Consultant Sarah will be responsible for the growth and development of our European clients and accounts.
A key focus in 2023 will be to maintain and improve existing relationships alongside the team and with a real focus on customer service and business development.
