Transition Partners are delighted to announce the promotion of Max Nowicki to Principal Client Services Partner.
In his new role, Max will lead a high-performing and inclusive german delivery team while solidifying partnerships with some critical German digital clients and driving business revenue.

“I am really excited about this promotion and looking forward to helping the company expand, building agility and mentoring employees while continuing to deliver a high level of customer service to our customers and professional partners,” Max commented when asked about his promotion.
Beginning his journey with TP as a trainee consultant in 2018, with no previous recruitment experience but a pocket full of ambition, Max has excelled in management over the past five years. This is his third promotion since he joined, which demonstrates his capability and commitment.
Speaking about the promotion, Operations Director Jermaine Benjamin commented, “Max has a talent for developing relationships, achieving results and an ability to execute plans. I’m looking forward to seeing how Max and his progress over the coming months and years at TP.
Max’s promotion will be integral to the growth of the German delivery team. Stepping into management leaves plenty of opportunity for fellow team members to progress and for his department to double over the next two years.
Fellow TP colleagues Max, Dante and Chloe all report to Max. Tom Gispellie, who began his journey at TP as a trainee a year ago, won the rising star award at the latest end-of-year celebrations, and Chloe Foster celebrated a hattrick this year in billings.
