Not only will leaders be facing an unprecedented economic crisis, but there is also an ongoing shortage of skilled tech talent that businesses have been facing for a number of years.
Hosted by Yasmin De Nardo, Head of Connected Technology Academy at KPMG, Transition Partners presents a ‘Growing our own’ event where they will be joined by four passionate leaders who are dedicated to improving representation in tech and encouraging motivated individuals from the lower socio-economic communities to pursue careers in tech and leadership.
Zoe Bell, Head of People at Aspire, Jonny Grice, Engineering Director at KPMG, Sarah Speare, Head of Delivery at Footasyulm and Jermaine Benjamin, Interim Managing Director at Transition Partners will come together as a collective to share their thoughts and provide their insight on how to make the most out of your existing talent in a challenging market. They will discuss why representation is paramount to a more equitable workplace and what avenues managers can explore to support tech talent development from within.
