This is a permanent, fully remote opportunity, within Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, and Poland.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience managing teams, with a genuine passion for people leadership.
• The ability to drive technical discussions, take ownership of projects, and make key technical decisions.
• Strong experience as a Fullstack Developer, with a preference for Golang or a willingness to learn it.
• Cloud expertise in either AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Bonus: Experience with Terraform and Kubernetes is a plus.

This role offers a blend of people management and technical leadership, with a slight focus on team management.
