Your Responsibilities:

As a Solutions Data Architect, you will:

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead architectural activities to support successful solution delivery at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Design data structures and integrations that enable rapid and effective solution delivery.
• Explore alternative technologies and evaluate their trade-offs while understanding the technology landscape to inform solutions and products.
• Provide architectural artefacts and ensure solutions align with best practices, domain architecture standards, and industry trends.
• Articulate the architectural realisation of multiple independent workstreams, maximising autonomy.
• Facilitate cross-stakeholder collaboration to reach consensus on architectural decisions.
• Work with the Architecture team to contribute to the future state of architecture.
• Identify architectural constraints and risks.

What You’ll Bring:

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in architecting and delivering technical solutions that enhance data management, processing, and integration. You’ll excel in this role if you have:

Essential:

• Experience in data analysis and modelling, including designing and maintaining data models at both enterprise and solution levels.
• Experience in data management, harmonising data from various sources, and integrating data across cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP) and on-premises environments.
• Proficiency in handling structured and unstructured data types, and experience with relational and graph databases
• Experience in data governance, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
• Expertise in designing high-quality, data-centric solutions at conceptual, logical, and physical levels.
• Skills in strategic roadmap planning, aligning data architecture evolution with business goals.

Desirable:

• Experience with coding (e.g., Java, Python) within a data context.
• Exposure to AI and analytics, including AI-driven data query and transformation would be a big plus
